How we handle enquiries

Every enquiry is read by an export specialist, not a queue. Include the product family, target quantities, destination country and any certification requirement, and you will receive FOB pricing with carton dimensions and gross weights. If a specification is unclear, we will ask rather than guess.

Visits to the factory are welcome. We are roughly two hours by high-speed rail from Beijing and three from Shanghai, and we can arrange collection from Qufu East station.
