Minimum quantities, branding, payment, lead times and certification — answered plainly.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock fabrics start at 50 pieces per colour per size. Custom-dyed or custom-knitted fabric raises this to roughly 300 pieces per colourway, because of mill minimums. Mixed-colour cartons are welcome.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. We produce private label as standard, including woven labels, care tags, hang tags, polybags and retail cartons. Patterns developed for you are kept exclusive and covered by NDA.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the bill of lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Longer terms are available once a trading history is established.
How long does production take?
Samples take 5-10 working days. Bulk production runs 25-40 days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on quantity and whether fabric needs custom dyeing.
Which certifications can you supply?
We can source OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics, provide REACH and California Prop 65 documentation, and arrange EN 71 testing for toy-adjacent items. Third-party lab reports are issued against your order on request.
Do you ship to Europe and North America?
Yes, that is our main export corridor. We quote FOB Qingdao, Ningbo or Shanghai, and can arrange CIF, DDP or door-to-door delivery through our forwarder partners if you prefer a landed-cost price.
