Terms of trade

These terms describe how Qufu Fuxin Textile Co., Ltd. quotes, produces and ships orders for business customers. Specific terms for an order are set out in the proforma invoice issued for that order, which takes precedence over this page.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in USD on the stated Incoterm and exclude destination duties, taxes and customs clearance unless the Incoterm states otherwise.

Orders and payment

Production begins once the sample is approved in writing and the deposit has cleared. Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the bill of lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight and Trade Assurance.

Samples

Sample charges are quoted per style and are refundable against the bulk order above an agreed quantity. Sample freight is payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual property

Customer artwork, trademarks and patterns developed for a customer remain the customer’s property. We will not supply a customer’s exclusive construction to a third party.
