Process
Share target styles, quantities and destination. We reply within two working days with FOB pricing and lead times.
Counter-samples in 5-10 working days, with fabric swatches, colour cards and packing mock-ups.
Sign off the sample, confirm the PI, and we lock raw materials and production slots with a 30% deposit.
In-line and final AQL inspection, plus photo and video updates at agreed milestones.
Carton marking, palletising, booking from Qingdao or Ningbo, and full export documentation.
If you are placing a first trial order, start with stock fabrics at the lowest quantity we can run. If you already know the construction works, move to custom fabric and colours to improve margin. If you are launching a brand, invest in the pattern and packaging work up front, because it is the part competitors cannot copy quickly.
