Inspection

Three checkpoints before anything ships

Incoming fabric is inspected for weight, shrinkage and colour consistency against the approved swatch. In-line checks run at every stitching station, where operators verify seam strength, fill distribution and trim attachment. Before packing, a final AQL 2.5 inspection is documented with photographs.

Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek is welcome at any stage, and we will schedule production so an inspector can be on the floor at the agreed milestone.
