From idea to shipment

Enquiry & quotation
Share target styles, quantities and destination. We reply within two working days with FOB pricing and lead times.

Sampling
Counter-samples in 5-10 working days, with fabric swatches, colour cards and packing mock-ups.

Order & deposit
Sign off the sample, confirm the PI, and we lock raw materials and production slots with a 30% deposit.

Production & QC
In-line and final AQL inspection, plus photo and video updates at agreed milestones.

Shipping & documents
Carton marking, palletising, booking from Qingdao or Ningbo, and full export documentation.
What we need from you
To quote a private-label line we need three things: a reference (a sketch, a competitor sample or a physical sample), the sizes and quantities per size, and your packaging requirements. With those, we return a counter-sample, a fabric recommendation and a target FOB price.
Patterns developed for you are kept exclusive and covered by a signed non-disclosure agreement. We do not resell a customer’s exclusive construction to another buyer.
